1. Are VIJBHA STEM and Science Kits safe for children?

Yes, 100%! Safety is our highest priority. All our science kits and learning materials are manufactured using non-toxic, eco-friendly, and child-safe components. Our products strictly comply with Indian Safety Standards (BIS Certified).

2. What age group are your kits designed for?

Our kits are specially engineered for kids aged 6 to 12 years. Each product page specifies the ideal age range and skill level to help you choose the perfect kit for your child.

3. Do children need adult supervision while performing experiments?

While all experiments use safe materials (like baking soda, food color, safe acid bases, etc.), we recommend adult supervision for children under 8 years to guide them through the steps and make learning a fun family activity!

4. What if a component or ingredient runs out?

Most experiments use common household items or re-usable tools included in the box. You can perform many experiments multiple times using basic household ingredients like water, vinegar, or oil.

5. How long will it take to deliver my order?

• Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.

• Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days depending on your location across India.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/Email.

6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most pin codes in India. You can also pay online via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or Net Banking for faster checkout.

7. Is shipping free?

We offer Free Express Shipping on orders above ₹499! A nominal shipping charge applies to orders below this amount.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or missing item?

We take utmost care in packaging, but if your product arrives damaged or with missing parts, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photos via WhatsApp/Email. 

9. What is your return policy?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return/replacement policy. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
