Shipping policy

At VIJBHA, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. We partner with reliable shipping couriers across India to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal Cash on Delivery fee of ₹50 is applied at checkout to cover courier handling fees.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after order confirmation.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities & Major Towns: 3 to 5 business days

  • Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Rural Areas): 5 to 7 business days

(Note: Unforeseen delays due to extreme weather, festivals, or courier network issues may occasionally occur, but we strive to keep you updated.)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

  • To protect against fraudulent orders, our team or system may verify your COD order via Phone Call or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

  • Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and complete shipping address (including house number, landmark, and pin code) at checkout.

5. Undelivered Shipments / Returned to Origin (RTO)

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts by the courier:

  • For Prepaid Orders: Re-shipping charges (₹70–₹100) will apply to dispatch the package again.

  • For COD Orders: Future COD privileges may be suspended, and re-orders will require prepayment.

6. Damaged Parcel Received?

We ensure robust packaging for all items, especially delicate goods like educational flashcards and clothing.

However, if you receive a parcel that is clearly tampered with or damaged from the outside, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately. If accepted, an unboxing video is mandatory to report any transit damage within 48 hours.
