Return, Exchange & Refund Policy - VIJBHA

At VIJBHA, we ensure that our customers receive high-quality products. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Kids Corner & Baby Products (Flash Cards / Learning Toys)

  • Non-Returnable Policy: Due to hygiene, baby safety, and the delicate nature of paper/cards, products in the Kids Corner category are strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

  • Damaged / Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. An Unboxing Video (showing the unopened package being opened) is mandatory for processing any damage or replacement requests.

2. Men’s Wear (Apparel & Shirts)

  • Return/Exchange Window: We offer a 5-Day Size Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Reverse Shipping: For size exchanges, the customer will bear the reverse shipping charges (or a nominal charge of ₹70–₹100 will be deducted for reverse pickup).

  • Refund Policy: We do not offer cash/bank refunds for size or preference issues. If the required size is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit/Voucher valid for 6 months.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Sale Items

  • Items purchased during special sales, offers, or clear-out discounts are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier) by contacting us at vijalsinhchauhan2789@gmail.com.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange or Report an Issue?
